Coachieve Programmes
Coaching doesn't work at its best in one session. Clients are unique and there is no one-size-fits-all in coaching.
I spend time getting to know your goals and desired outcomes and exploring your situation so that I can help you in the way which best meets your needs.
For maximum effectiveness, most clients need a programme of 4 - 6 sessions over a period of time. Most clients enrol onto a programme of 4 or more sessions so that we can work together over a period of time to achieve their desired outcomes.
When you enrol onto a coaching programme with me you are not just paying for my undivided attention during the sessions, but also the preparation and careful thought about which tools and techniques will help you as an individual to gain maximum ongoing benefit. Additionally, the gains from coaching don't end when the screen clicks off or or we end our time together, we build new ways of thinking and behaviours which clients continue to benefit from their coaching long after the session or programme ends. Programme prices reflect all the time and skill devoted to you as an individual client on their personal journey.
As can be seen from my testimonials, I get to know each clients situation and apply my skills to help each person develop self-awareness and confidence to attain their desired outcomes now and into the future.

What are the different programmes?
Ignite
Ignite is designed to be a short-term programme where a client has a specific issue they want to focus on and develop strategies for.
It is made of of 4 x 60-minute sessions over a maximum of 4 months.
This can be extended to 6 sessions if the client feels it would be useful.
Alternatively, clients may find it beneficial to progress onto the Momentum programme to capitalise on their progress.
Momentum
A medium-term programme which helps clients who want to make positive change but are not sure what form that should take.
Momentum is made up of 6 x 60-minute sessions over a maximum 6 months.
Initial sessions focus on supporting clients to help identify and select their desired outcomes.
Clients receive an action plan each session to take them closer to their overall desired outcome.
Support is available by email or telephone between sessions - to be agreed at the start of the programme.
We work together using different tools and techniques to identify the best strategies for the individual client to achieve their personal goals and aspirations and consider positive ways to manage any obstacles or underlying issues.
Thrive
The Thrive programme comprises Momentum but also offers:
- More challenging coaching to really extend the client and push them out of their comfort zone.
- Follow-up sessions at 3-monthly intervals up to 12 months.
- Greater flexibility to choose the frequency of their sessions meaning that if a client feels they have achieved their actions they can bring the next session forward to focus on their next goal.

A downloadable series of exercises for you to do on your own at home, designed to help you think about your situation and the options which are open to you.
These exercises could be used as preparation for coaching or as a freestanding tool to help individuals consider their options.
